Everything you need to know about the Vikray Aquila B2B program — from getting started and pricing tiers to license management and support.
The Vikray Aquila B2B program is designed for businesses that need multiple licenses of our GST billing software. To get started, submit an application through our B2B Apply page with your company details, business information, and expected license requirements. Our partnerships team will review your application within 1–2 business days and assign you to the appropriate tier based on your volume. Once approved, you gain access to the B2B dashboard where you can manage licenses, view invoices, and track your partnership benefits.
We offer three partnership tiers to suit businesses of different sizes. The Silver tier is for 10–49 licenses with a 15% discount and standard email support. The Gold tier covers 50–199 licenses with a 25% discount, priority support, and custom branding options. The Platinum tier is for 200+ licenses with a 35% discount, a dedicated account manager, phone and video support, API access, and white-label licensing. All tiers include full product features, automatic compliance updates, and GST patch releases.
Purchasing licenses in bulk is straightforward through your B2B dashboard. Navigate to the license purchase section, select the number of licenses you need, and proceed to checkout. Your tier discount is automatically applied. You can purchase licenses in any quantity at any time—there is no minimum per order once you are an approved partner. After purchase, licenses are added to your pool and can be distributed to team members or clients via email with individual activation keys.
The B2B dashboard provides a centralized license management panel where you can view all your purchased licenses, their activation status, and assigned users. You can distribute licenses from your pool by entering recipient email addresses—each recipient receives a unique activation key. If a team member leaves or a client no longer needs a license, you can deactivate and reclaim it for reassignment. The dashboard also shows license expiry dates and renewal options to help you plan ahead.
All B2B license purchases generate GST-compliant invoices automatically. Invoices include your company details, GSTIN, the applicable tax breakdown (CGST/SGST or IGST depending on your state), and the discount applied from your tier. You can access all your invoices from the B2B dashboard or the main invoices section. Gold and Platinum partners with orders above ₹50,000 may be eligible for 15-day credit terms. Payment can be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or net banking.
Vikray Aquila is built from the ground up for Indian GST compliance. All B2B license invoices are generated in accordance with Indian tax regulations, including proper HSN codes, tax rate breakdowns, and GSTIN validation. The software handles GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoicing through the NIC portal, and TDS/TCS calculations. As a B2B partner, you can assure your clients that the software stays current with the latest GST rules and RBI guidelines, with automatic updates pushed through our release cycle.
Support availability depends on your partnership tier. Silver partners receive standard email support with a 24-hour response time during business days. Gold partners get priority email and chat support with a 4-hour response guarantee. Platinum partners are assigned a dedicated account manager and receive phone, video, and priority chat support with a 1-hour response time. All partners have access to our comprehensive knowledge base, video tutorials, and community forum for self-service assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can reset your password using the standard forgot password flow on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you will receive a password reset link valid for 24 hours. Your B2B dashboard uses the same account credentials as your main Vikray Aquila account, so resetting your password on the login page will also apply to the B2B dashboard.
Yes, you can request a tier upgrade at any time by contacting your account manager or emailing partnerships@vikrayaquila.com. Upgrades are processed within 2 business days and apply to all future purchases. If your cumulative license count over the past 12 months qualifies you for a higher tier, you may be automatically upgraded during our quarterly review. Tier downgrades are not available mid-cycle.
Licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. As the expiry date approaches, you and the license holder will receive email reminders at 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before expiration. You can renew licenses individually or in bulk from the B2B dashboard. If a license is not renewed, the software will continue to function in a read-only mode for 30 days, after which the user will need to reactivate with a new license key.
All B2B license purchases are final and non-refundable once the license has been activated. If you purchase licenses but have not yet distributed or activated them, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase by contacting our partnerships team. Refunds for unactivated licenses are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Yes, you can distribute B2B licenses to clients or team members located in any Indian state. The software and licenses are not region-locked. However, for tax purposes, if your business address and the invoice billing address are in different states, IGST will be applicable instead of CGST/SGST. This is handled automatically in the invoice generation system.
Gold and Platinum partners receive access to our partner marketing kit, which includes product brochures, feature comparison sheets, co-branded presentation templates, and case studies. You can download these materials from the partner resources section of your B2B dashboard. If you need custom marketing collateral, Platinum partners can request it through their dedicated account manager.
White-label licensing allows Platinum partners to distribute Vikray Aquila under their own brand name and logo. This includes custom installer branding, login screen customization, and branded invoice headers. White-label is available exclusively to Platinum tier partners and requires an additional agreement. Contact your account manager for setup details and any associated fees.
Platinum partners receive API access that allows integration with ERP systems, CRMs, and other business applications. The API supports customer data sync, invoice retrieval, and license status checks. API documentation and sandbox access are provided through the developer portal. Gold partners can request API access on a case-by-case basis by contacting the partnerships team.
GST compliance updates are pushed automatically to all active licenses through our update system. This includes changes to tax rates, new return formats (such as GSTR-1 changes), e-invoicing mandates, and TDS/TCS rule updates. Updates are tested thoroughly before release and typically deployed within 48 hours of a government notification. B2B partners receive advance email notification about upcoming compliance changes.
We provide a comprehensive set of training resources including video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and a searchable knowledge base accessible to all partners. Gold partners can schedule group training sessions via video call for their team. Platinum partners receive on-site or virtual onboarding sessions conducted by our training team, along with custom training materials tailored to their specific use cases and workflows.
