B2B Onboarding Guide

Follow these six steps to go from application to a fully operational B2B partnership. Each step includes practical tips to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

1
Step 1: Submit Your Application

Begin your B2B partnership journey by filling out the comprehensive application form on our website. You will need to provide your company details (name, GST, PAN, address), contact person information, business profile (industry, revenue, employee count), and your expected license requirements. The form typically takes 5–10 minutes to complete. Ensure all information is accurate, as our team will verify the details during the review process.

Tips

  • Have your GST certificate and PAN card handy for reference
  • Use your official company email address for faster verification
  • Indicate your realistic license volume to get placed in the right tier
  • Mention any specific integration or customization requirements in the message field
2
Step 2: Application Review & Approval

After submission, your application enters our review queue where the partnerships team verifies your business credentials and assesses your requirements. Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days, while Platinum applications may take up to 5 business days due to the additional verification steps involved. You will receive email notifications at each stage — when your application is received, when review begins, and when a decision is made.

Tips

  • Check your spam folder for partnership emails
  • If we need additional information, respond promptly to avoid delays
  • Keep your application reference number for any follow-up communications
  • You can check your application status anytime on the B2B dashboard

Step 3: Account & Dashboard Setup

Once your application is approved, your B2B account is activated with access to the partner dashboard. If you are a Gold or Platinum partner, your dedicated account manager will schedule an onboarding call to walk you through the dashboard features, license pool management, and invoicing. Take time to explore the dashboard, update your company profile, and review your tier benefits and discount rates.

Tips

  • Complete your company profile with accurate billing details for proper invoice generation
  • Save the dashboard URL and bookmark it for quick access
  • Platinum partners should schedule their onboarding call within the first week
  • Review the partner resources section for marketing materials and documentation

Step 4: First License Purchase

Navigate to the license purchase section in your B2B dashboard to make your first bulk purchase. Select the number of licenses you need, and your tier discount will be automatically applied to the total. Review the order summary, ensure your billing address is correct, and proceed to payment. Accepted payment methods include NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and net banking. Gold and Platinum partners with orders above ₹50,000 may be eligible for credit terms.

Tips

  • Start with a smaller batch if you are new to the program to test the distribution workflow
  • Ensure your billing address and GSTIN are correct for proper tax invoicing
  • For credit term eligibility, contact your account manager before placing large orders
  • Download and save the invoice immediately after purchase for your records

Step 5: License Distribution & Team Training

After purchasing licenses, distribute them to your team members or clients through the license management panel. Enter recipient email addresses, and each person will receive an automated email with their unique activation key and installation instructions. For larger deployments, consider scheduling a group training session to ensure everyone is comfortable with the software. Gold and Platinum partners can request guided training sessions from our team.

Tips

  • Distribute licenses in batches to manage the onboarding process effectively
  • Create an internal FAQ document addressing your team's specific use cases
  • Use the knowledge base video tutorials for self-paced learning
  • Platinum partners should leverage their account manager for custom training sessions
